Rules & Regulations

All Dues Should be clear 2 Day before your arrival.

Tour cost published does not include railway / air fare.

Every Member Must Keep His/her CNIC

Food will not be provided by the company during Railway/ Air journey. The expenses towards the same shall be borne by the tour participant.

Drinking water will not be provided by the company during the Bus/ Train journey. Tour participants are requested to carry their own Water Bottles.

The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs. But no compensation claim will be entertained.

If the tour participant requests to cancel the tour, in writing, the money will be refunded as follows : 90 days or more prior to the departure of the tour – 90% cancellation charges on the tour cost, 60 days or more -80%, 59 days to 45 days – 60%, 44 days to 30 days – 40%, 29 days to 20 days – 20%, 19 days to 11days-10%, 10 days or less – No Show NIL. Legitimate refund of Money due to the tour participant will be made only after completion of the tour booked.

Personal Weapons, Drugs Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during Trip

If the tour participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any tour participant or causes damage to the property of the company, he/ she will be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Tour Managers have been authorized to do so. There will not be any compensation, whatsoever, in such cases.

Disclose any personal needs you may have due to a medical condition, disability, religious or cultural consideration, or other special needs.

Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made only where deem advisable for the safety and comfort of the client.

No changes in itinerary, if change has been occur by client wish than the extra cost will be Charge.

Company cannot be responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the trip.

The company shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage/ loss caused to the tour participant due to reasons beyond the control of the company.

Company will not be liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, theft, irregularity or acts of god, either by the acts of any company or person engaged in conducting the tour.
